This policy applies to purchases made directly on godspeed-brand.com. If you purchased from another retailer or marketplace, please contact them for assistance.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, no odors, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions or show signs of wear or alteration.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions.
- Pack your item securely. Include your order number and RMA inside the package and write the RMA on the outside.
- Ship the package using a tracked service to the address below. Retain your receipt and tracking number.

Eligibility Requirements
- Item condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair.
- Tags & packaging: all original hang tags, branded bags, authenticity cards, accessories, and boxes must be included.
- Timeframe: return initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of RMA approval.
- Proof of purchase: original order confirmation or packing slip required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or items with automatic discounts applied.
- Limited releases, pre-orders, and specialty collaborations.
- Undergarments, socks, and face coverings.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Customized or altered items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color when inventory allows. To ensure you don’t miss out on limited styles, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original for a refund once approved.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will make it right.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
- Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days from delivery to our facility. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
- If any items are missing parts, packaging, or show signs of wear, a partial refund or refusal may apply at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
Upon request, we can email you a prepaid return label for domestic U.S. returns; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. We cannot refund customs, duties, or VAT.
- Mark the shipment as “Return of Goods” to reduce the chance of additional import fees.
Gifts
Gifts returned in eligible condition can be refunded to the original payment method. If the purchaser requests, we can issue store credit to the recipient.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender due to incorrect address may be refunded minus shipping costs once received and inspected. Reshipment is available upon request and payment of new shipping charges.

Can I return sale items?
Items marked Final Sale or purchased on clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long do refunds take?
2–3 business days for inspection after delivery to us, plus 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Do you offer prepaid return labels?
Yes, for U.S. orders upon request. The label cost is deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange a limited release?
Exchanges depend on stock. For limited releases, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.
